Every Thursday this month Y-100 is putting on free shows at Penn’s Landing. Last Thursday Adam, Joanne, Jeanne and I went to see Sugarcult and Phantom Planet. It’s not my favorite type of music, but it was free and Phantom Planet was good. They’re the band with the kid from Rushmore as their drummer. If you’ve never watched Rushmore, it’s easily one of the 90’s top ten movies.
The rest of the month is even better.

actually, he was the drummer. he’s not anymore.
I looked it up and you’re right. Weird. The new drummer even looked like the guy from Rushmore.
they recently had a guitarist quit. they were once a 5 piece, but no heartbreak here, I think their music sucks. Great at covering radiohead though….Phil
