Amazon Customers Review Classic Novels

Lord of the Flies (1955)

Author: William Golding

?I am obsessed with Survivor, so I thought it would be fun. WRONG!!! It is incredibly boring and disgusting. I was very much disturbed when I found young children killing each other. I think that anyone with a conscience would agree with me.?

Read the rest here. (I first saw this one blinq)

Update:: Ugh, I’ve only read 11 of Time’s top 100.

  1. You’ve got me beat by 3.

  2. I may have 12. I think I may have had to read A Death in the Family for school, but I don’t remember.

  3. Yeah, if we’re counting ones I was SUPPOSED to read for school, I may have you beat. If we count ones that I’ve actually read, I… man. I’ve read Watchmen…?

Think my total count was 10. Ugly. Then again, I’ve read 10 of 10 on Jason Zahn’s list of Ten Great English Language Novels, so it’s not all bad.
