Ning is a cool web software platform that is the part of the new wave of cool Internet stuff. It allows developers to quickly build simple apps and not have to worry too much about architecture. They’re limiting the number of allowed developer accounts for now, but I was lucky to get one today.
In about a half hour I was able to figure it out and get my first app running:
Aliens vs Robots vs Pirates vs Ninjas. It’s a “this or that” type app that pits these various groups together. You have to register an account to play it, but check it out and let me know what you think.
Update: With over 85 users it’s now one of the top apps on Ning.
